$2014$ EPIC!! YEAR!!

(A FUN YEAR IN YEAR 4)(THIS YEAR IT WAS EPIC!!) it was so cool it was epic we went to clevedon school!! and we done athletics which was so awesome!!. This year we had i student teacher her name was miss kimpton she was so fun and cool we enjoyed it with miss kimpton she was cool she always helped me with everything i would need help with she was awesome.

 Cross country for point view there cross country the year 3's went first and the girls 1st place Tori 2nd place isabella 3rd don't know. year 3 boys 1st place tomaki 2nd place thomas 3rd place don't know year 4 girls 1st place always ruby 2nd place angelina 3rd place alicia. year 4 boys i am doing the top 8 1st place daniel b 2nd place joshua c 3rd place cameron c 4th place griffin 5th place john 6th place che won 7th place alex k 8th place me kairyn a thats all.



Pompeii in room 30 we have been learning about pompeii time by time the times were 8am 1pm 3pm 5pm 8pm 1am 6am and later that day is the last one and that is some stuff about pompeii.

Assembley

This morning Alex k got certificate for athletics long jump he was in 9 and under he was the youngest and he came 2nd place and he only got 1 certificate but he done well and the relay team came first.

Wearable Arts

Wearable Arts this morning the even numbered classes done there wearable arts we had to created a costume and we made a toga sandals and a crown thats ours our song is called happy it is a happy song not a boring song and other classes done there own design it was so cool my little brothers class went after our won and I was pretty nerves but i still got up there and done it my buddies were alexk and jared and me. So what i mean is when you go on the stage you have to do a cat walk and then when you get to the end you have to do a pose and its like a fashion show and you can like do any poses but not inappropriate ones and then once you have done your cat walk you then you go by the wall and just be happy not boring and just stand you have to clap along to the beat and then you go by your self and walk or jog or just do any walk and then you do another pose.

Grandparents day

Grand parents day was today and my nana came to it was so cool i showed here everywhere and i brang my friends witch is Alvin and Jared we walked around and went to my brothers class and my 2 cousins classrooms and went and took a photo. Then we done folk dancing with little juniors it was fun we danced with our buddy class and my brothers class and room10 then we went back and ate some morning tea. then later on we had a conset and i performed for dance group i was so nerves but then i wasn't nerves at all.Then later it was the girls they done a  samoan dance. 

Police helicopter!!!!!!!

THE POLICE HELICOPTER CAME TO POINTVIEW SCHOOL AND IT WAS SO COOL WE GOT TO WALK AROUND IT AND  WE GOT TO HAVE A LOOK INSIDE IT EACH TEACHER IN EACH CLASSROOM GOT TO PICK 2 PEOPLE IN THE POLICE HELICOPTER OH AND AT THE START WHEN THE WERE IN THE AIR THEY DONE SORT OF SUMMERSAULT IT WAS REALLY COOL I WANTED TO GO IN THE HELICOPTER BUT 2 PEOPLE IN MY CLASSROOM IT WAS A GIRL AND A BOY AND THEN THE HELICOPTER TOOK OFF AND WENT BACK TO THE BASE TO LAND THE HELICOPTER IN THE HELICOPTER THERE IS 3 PEOPLE IN IT ONE IS THE PIOLET WHICH IS THE DRIVER AND THE OTHER LOOKS OUT THE WINDOW FOR BAD GUYS AND THE LAST GUY IS ON THIS COMPUTER WHICH IS THE MAP WELL IT IS A GPS.

Assembly

This morning we had a assembly and mrs hibbat went up on stage and she said that Reace got first out of the hole in tire world for mathletics.

Wacky hair

WACKY HAIR ON WACKY HAIR DAY EVERYONE HAD WACKY HAIR OR HAT AND MISS LANKOW HAD TO PICK WHO GOT WACKY HAIR OR HAT AND I HAD BLACK SPRAY ON AND GEL IN MY HAIR AND MY FRIEND HAD GOLD HAIR SAME AS MY OTHER FRIEND AND THERE. WERE OTHER PEOPLE WITH WACKY HAIR AND HATS ON MY FRIEND ALEX K WON THE WACKY HAIR.MY FRIEND IN HIS CLASS WON TO AND

Yesterday afternoon Connor's mum came in and bought a dragon into our class he is not even 1 yet but he's turning 1 in november we got feel him it was cool when he's scared he turns dark colours but  
when he's happy he turns bright colours he has cool spikes on him. 

Interschool Cross country

Interschool cross country september the 16th is the inter school cross country all the schools in auckland are competing  in it all the schools are bringing the top 8 from yr4 to yr6 and it is held at loyd  else more park we are going bye bus for the normal cross country for the yr4 boys 1st Daniel B 2nd Joshua  3rd Cameron  4th Griffin 5th John 6th I don't know 7th Alex keen 8th me Kairyn  thats the top 8 boys for yr4. yr4 girls 1st Ruby  2nd Anglia 3rd Alicia and 4th Sienna  thats the yr4 girls. yr5 boys 1st James 2nd Ethan 3rd James B thats the yr5 boys thats the yr5 boys do not know the yr5 girls. yr6 boys 1st Josh 2nd Jacob 3rd Mo thats the yr6 boys. yr6 girls 1st Jessica 2nd Morgan 3rd i don't  know. thats the people who are to interschool cross country mrs firth is taking us.

Nascars

Today at lunch AlexK ,Kairyn,Cory,Blake we had so much fun playing nascar we destroyed our selves we got so muddy and dirty and we got hurt and scars it was fun thoe and cool we were smashing and crashing and bashing and destroying our bodies and got lots of scars and we wacked on to the ground it was cool and fun lucky we were strong and brave if we weren't brave and strong we would be so sad and we would be crying but lucky we weren't crying cause were brave and strong. we slid  and it was wicked and awesome and as we sliced our legs to the muddy grass and had little scars and itchy legs  muddy legs dirty feet and toes it was wicked and slimy and hard and saw the most thing was we had so much fun playing nascars.

Reflection

In Room30 we have been doing reflection we had to cut a peace of card board and make each side different then Miss Lankow gave us a long peace of purple paper.  Then we had to put our card board on our purple paper and trace it then we had to flip it over and trace it and flip it and then trace and then flip and then  trace it over and over again then when your done you have to write your name and. Then you have to put all your stuff away and put your peace of paper away.

Soccer

this morning tea me and my friends played soccer and my friend he is a year 6 his name is austin and he was in my team and we scored about 2 goals and other friend Alex k was tripping up people also austin. Alex k kept tripping his self up and slipping and scoring but I scored a goal against Alex k.

Xtra Math

On extra math you do addition subtraction time and mixed and there are 5or6 people on subtraction I am on addition and I am bad at race the teacher on addition and i am really good at quizzes and I am better at race the teacher now I wish that I was the highest person on extra math. By Kairyn.

Friends Are Cool But sometimes mean

Friends are mean but often  nice if they  don't get enough sleep they will be mad in the morning and then they should go to bed at 6:30pm that could be a good time to go to bed and then when you wake up you will be so so happy and then you can play with your friends and be happy and have a awesome day and then you will be fine like other people and then there will be no fights or anything like punching or kicking people. And this how friends should be they should be happy nice cheerful helpful respectful careful thats how they should be like that.This is what mean people do they kick they punch they push they mock they heart people's feelings. Friends

Kairyn is my friend. He emails me all the time. Alex H is my friend he plays with me all day. My last friend is Bradley he plays with Alex H  and me all day too. My friends  like to play mario and sonic.

Oral language

In Room 30, we have been doing oral language and today Sienna was doing her presentation.  She talked about her family, her house and her ballet.

Everybody needs to have a turn at oral language.  This means they create a poster or slideshow to share with us.
