Hi my name is Jack



This year I liked going to clevdon school,making our symmetrical smilies going to Birkenhead because we got go kayaking,making dragons in the technology room,doing technology term 2,I liked orca day because got to spend money,I liked wearable arts,I liked grand parents day because I got perform in the assemble.

This year I've learn't how to sow with a needle,capacity,the gas giants,linking and use the photo copier. 

this year I made friends with connor,joshua,vir and gladwyn. 

my goals for next year are are to improve in spelling reading and wring also I need to no my division  facts.

next year I wan't to be in the cricket team,the senior bees, the senior choir.

Wearable Arts.

Yay!  It's wearable arts day.I've been waiting for this day because we have made wonderful togas and colourful sandals. We also made beautiful leaf crowns.We are the 15th class. Our backing song is happy because we are happy in our togas. We have to get our things on at 8.20.Miss Lankow said we were amazing!

Miss Kimpton

In room30 we have a student teacher called Miss Kimpton. A student teacher means she or he is still going to university and she or he is learning how to be a teacher. In room30 we have to be on our best behaviour.

On Friday the 27 June 2014,Jack,Joshua,Evie,Lauren and Shemaiah built a ginorms tower.

It took along time and a lot of things to built with. We used tens blocks and hundreds blocks and a lot of them. We made it at lunch and it took some team work.It was a wet day so we had to play inside.
Joshua started and Evie,Jack,Lauren and Shemaiah joined in and it got bigger and bigger and bigger.

                                    

jude the nude food dude.

This Tuesday we got jude the nude food dude for the first time to get it. Jude the nude food  dude is when we have node food on tuesday and every one how had nude food got in to A box with every one else  how had nude food.It was fun finding out how had nude food alot  of people did have nude food.nude food is when you have no plastic and you can have cantinas and no rabpis.
I think we are going to have him for a anther week because the year 3 are doing soming in the hall and  I hope we get him for anther week. i will be very happy if we get him for anther week.you can only have  jude in the class because you can him muddy.He is very fluffy and cuddly.

Gymnastics

Some times,on monday we normally have gymnastics.We do skipping,moon hopis,the beam.rolling on the mat.the class that we do it with is room 12.We have to wear our pe gear.when you get on a moon  hopis you have to bounce on them.Gymnastics is fun and up.

Our letter from Clevden school

On Monday we had to open letter that we did not now about so then we opened  the letters and we had a spires it was letter from Clevedon School.We had buddies from Clevedon School and my buddy is Riley .Every one got a buddy.We got there letters at writing and we were happy and jumping all  with joy.Then we were going to write back because some people had quoins in there letter from ower buddies.When the teacher said that we were going to wire back  to the buddies I was icsited to write back to them.When we write them I was the first one to finish.

The value of respect

In room 30 we have read a book about Abraham Lincoln's life and how life is all about respect.  In our book we learnt about slavery and how only dark skinned people had to be the slaves.   In this book Abe was poor but he was happy with his family and friends.   When Abe was a year older Abe and his sister Sarah went to school because their mother said that nobody would respect them if they didn't go to school.   Then when Abe was older a rich farmer asked if he could  go down to New Orleans with the farmers son.   
Then when Abe and Allen went to sleep  river bandits came luckily Abe woke up and he woke up Allen then they fought and Abe and Allen won so the river bandits went and didn't come back.   Then when Abe and Allen got to New Orleans and when they turned the corner Abe saw a very sad sight he saw a slave market.   
He said to Allen "those black people are human beings they deserve respect".   Then when Abe returned home he said to his friends and family that he was going to get a job.   First Abe headed to Salem he got job there and when Abe had finished his shifts he would read tones of books about being a lawyer.  
 Three years later Abe became a lawyer later on that year he had a wife and three children.    Then there was another election and Abe entered to stop slavery. The people thought Abe would be good at being the president so they voted for him. A little while later Abe became the president. After a little while there was a civil war .
