The End of Term Tidy Up!

Mufti and sausage sizzle

On Friday 11 April it was sausage sizzle day and if you bring a gold coin then you are aloud to wear mufti any colour and anything.Sausage sizzle only happens once a term.You get tomato sauce (if you like but you don't have to)with white bread.You also get juice.These are all you have to odder and pay money.You get all this stuff at lunch. 
Sausage sizzle is on Fridays only and that is the year 4s middle school playground day. Today every one in room 30 is in mufti.   

Orca day

We started off with an orca assembly .They had great decorations. At lunch we had sea spray candy, throw the chicken in the bucket and face paint and tickets to win a picture of Ingrid Visser.  I had my face painted with an orca tail and I threw the chicken into the bucket.  I got sea spray candy and my mum bought me a cupcake.  She was helping with throwing the chicken in the bucket.

We have an Orca Day because Miss Norton is into orca!  The money we raise goes to the Orca Research Trust to help the orca.

Art gallery

Monday the 7th of April Room 30 went to the art gallery. We went at 9:15. Before we went on the bus to the art gallery we had a little snack.

First, we met this guy call Jeremy. We were talking about what we going to do.

Then, we went into this room. We had to put on some. Then we were talking about what we were going to do. We were going to do a painting.

Next, we started drawing the picture we did at class then we started outlining it with vivid. Next we started painting it. After we finished the painting we put it on this star chase to let dry.

Last of all, we went walked out of the room we went to looked at 7 art work. Then we went back to school.

Our Art Gallery Trip

On Monday the 7th April Room 30 went to the Art Gallery. we went on a  bus to get there it took us about 15 mins to get there. we were learning about Art and Paintings. First we went inside. He told us to sit down on the wooden chairs. We opened our topic book to trace our drawing on a peace of hard paper but before we trace it over we had to name our Artwork me and the others said that the one we just draw was neater then the other one from School the Next thing we did was traceing it over with vivid it didn't take very long to trace over it with vivid.The last thing we did was painting our Artwork it took very long to finish painting our work. But at the end we got there we gave our painting to a person to put it up on the stairs so it will be dry. Then a person let us have a tour to some moiré paintings that some students in some collage painted.        
We learnt some stuff about painting, drawing then we had to go on a bus for about 15 min's again. until we were back at school.

Friends Are Cool But sometimes mean

Friends are mean but often  nice if they  don't get enough sleep they will be mad in the morning and then they should go to bed at 6:30pm that could be a good time to go to bed and then when you wake up you will be so so happy and then you can play with your friends and be happy and have a awesome day and then you will be fine like other people and then there will be no fights or anything like punching or kicking people. And this how friends should be they should be happy nice cheerful helpful respectful careful thats how they should be like that.This is what mean people do they kick they punch they push they mock they heart people's feelings. Passport

 All of room 30 has a passport.Room 30 can put learning into it by putting stamps of the things we do at school and it doesn't have to be in the classroom it can be anywhere in the school.Fist we had to do our front cover then Miss Lankow put the covers on when we were finished.After that room 30 had to miss a page then we could put some stamps in it.

On thursday room 30 went to the life educacion truck harold and Celia tooled us about being our selfs. After room 30 was standing beside a wall. Then we sat next to people in pars Celia got Harold out and said hello and when Celia wasind looking Harold was shaking his head then we was watching a lillte movie then we talked  about  the little movie to the people next to you for 1 minute then we had to leave the life educacion truck that time was fun!!!.

all About Reading

To day we had a fun Reading. We where youseing the laptops on goggle apps. We leart all about New Zealand food.We had to have two laptops one to get on goggle and the over one we neded to get on goggle apps and log in goggle apps.it was a lot of fun finding lots of food that i did't know of we had to do it has a group your group was kiwifruit in they group we had Jared Saijal and me Mia. it was made out of vitamins and it was made in 1819s i did't know that it was first made in China back in 1819 there was a funny name for kiwifruit it was not kiwi fruit it was some thing funny but i can not remember it thow. Now it is called kiwifruit because it is now in NZ New Zealand so that dacied to call it kiwifruit GO KIWI TWON!!!!!! kiwi town rocks!

Our letter from Clevden school

On Monday we had to open letter that we did not now about so then we opened  the letters and we had a spires it was letter from Clevedon School.We had buddies from Clevedon School and my buddy is Riley .Every one got a buddy.We got there letters at writing and we were happy and jumping all  with joy.Then we were going to write back because some people had quoins in there letter from ower buddies.When the teacher said that we were going to wire back  to the buddies I was icsited to write back to them.When we write them I was the first one to finish.

Friends

Kairyn is my friend. He emails me all the time. Alex H is my friend he plays with me all day. My last friend is Bradley he plays with Alex H  and me all day too. My friends  like to play mario and sonic.

Orca Day

Mrs Craig painted an orcas tail on my face.  I love orca whales.  I love to get my face painted. My friends Hannah and Katerina said we are 3 orcas together.

Reading groups

March 2014 room 30 got to know what reading teacher group we were in.The groups we have is J.K Rowling, Joy Cowley, Dr Seuss, Roald Dahl. All the groups just started reading one book. My group which is Roald Dahl and we have started reading a book called Dayton and the happy tree. We do reading after morning
